At FlaaLens, we are committed to providing high-quality contact lenses and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the following conditions:

Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
